I remember watching you do backflips off the wall in front of JC after school. I remember wrestling with you at lunch and getting yelled at because we decided to turn it into a tournament and like 20 people wanted in. I remember sitting with you in Toler's office because I wasn't going to let you get in trouble the *one* time you didn't deserve it. I remember a bunch of punks taking over the bowling team and loving our short bus. I remember going to watch Incubus play Make Yourself after hearing about it on The Buzz. I remember getting told I couldn't sing in the choir because I couldn't hit a high C on command and you telling the teacher she didn't know what she was talking about because you'd heard me sing Cold. I remember practicing with you and our friends after school, trying to sing power ballads- pretending to be rock stars.

I think, maybe, I was the only one pretending. Love you, brother.

RIP my friend. This really breaks my heart. Phil and I met in our early teen years an quickly connected. He was one of those guys you became instantly friends with. He was energetic, funny, and caring.  We held many poker tournaments which he always won....an the fun was magic card tricks after.  He touched my life in so many ways that I'll never forget.  So sorry for your loss.  God bless his family, wife, kids, and every friend that had the opportunity to enjoy his company.
Paul, Laurie, Brittany and Kristan, I’m so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you all. I have nothing but wonderful, fun, sweet memories with Phillip. You all will be in my prayers.
I am so sorry for your loss of Phillip. May his memory of the love he brought to you help to mend your broken heart. Sending many hugs and prayers for peace. Love you!
