Obituary
Phillip Ray Hemingway, 35, of Vero Beach passed away before his time on Feb 1st, 2022. Phillip grew up in Vero Beach surrounded by many friends and family. He attended high school at John Carroll High School in Fort Pierce. He received his bachelors degree at UCF Orlando in political science.
