Please Join his family on Wednesday, February 27th, @ 3pm- 6pm to celebrate his life. Flower arrangements are able to be sent to the memorial service sight ( Sugar Creek Country Club at 420 Sugar Creek Blvd, Sugar Land, TX 77478 )and they will be delivered to the family directly.

IN MEMORIUM
Born March 11, 1960, in Bethesda MD, loved one, friend, and colleague, Phillip David Biggerstaff ended his watch Monday, February 19, 2019. His fight was a long and tiring one, and in the end he went in peace, what family at his side that could be there. His soul welcomed into the light of heaven, he was finally able to lay his head to rest.
