Phillip Todd Beggs, age 55, of Toccoa, passed away Wednesday, January 5th 2022 at his home. Born August 3, 1967 in Toccoa. He was the son of Shirley Anne Crawford Beggs Moore and the late Bobby Floyd Beggs. Family members include his wife, Denise Beggs; mother Shirley Moore; sister and brother in law, Bobbie Ann and David Thomas; son and daughter in law, Michael and Leah Beggs; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Susan Beggs. Memorial services will be held at three-thirty Sunday, January 9, 2022 at Stephens Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Chad Thomas and the Rev. Don Scott officiating. The family will receive friends at Liberty Baptist from 12 noon until 3pm Sunday, January 9, 2022.
