Phillip Todd Beggs, age 55, of Toccoa, passed away Wednesday, January 5th 2022 at his home. Born August 3, 1967 in Toccoa. He was the son of Shirley Anne Crawford Beggs Moore and the late Bobby Floyd Beggs.
