Philip Henry Fogarty Sr., 76, of Phoenixville, PA, son of late William and Nancy(Reilly) Fogarty, passed away peacefully surrounded by his children on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. He had a generous, loving heart and loved to laugh and tell jokes to make others laugh. Philip was born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He was employed at West Chester University when he retired in 1994. Philip loved going down the shore, long walks, …
