My deepest condolences to the Lopakis family. What a loss to our world. Peter was a wonderful teacher and model for my son, Baye for the several years he taught him at Loupakis Gymnastics 2011-14. He was a great contribution to my son and many if us in our community. Thank you Peter. We love you. May you rest forever in peace.

My deepest condolences to the Loupakis family. He will always be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, and the energy with which he loved life. Memory eternal. My prayers to Effie, Barbara, Omorfoula, and all his family for strength at this difficult time.

Peter was a warm, gentle, and fun co-worker whom I looked forward to seeing each day at The Cathedral School. He seriously had my 4th grade students thrilled about physical education. They would buzz with excitement in the minutes before his classes with them. He was a great accomplice in acts of kindness. He filled me with Greek passion for life every time I heard his full voice call “Zeto!” at the annual parade. He clearly loved his family and my heart hurts for Barbara, Effie, and Omorfoula. I send a giant sized Peter bear hug to all of you!

Love,

Ms. Duffy

Mr Loupakis was one of my first male role models. I will forever be grateful for the years I spent as his student, his memory will continue to inspire me, and many others.
Our deepest condolences to you and your family! May he rest in peace!
We took our young twin boys to the Loupakis gym years ago when they were 4 or 5 or so. Peter talked strong and tough,  but was super gentle with them and always made the time fun.  He was awesome.  Our thoughts are with his whole family.
We are so sorry for your loss, Mr Loupakis will always be remembered and loved by his students.
