Penny Lynn (Tainter) Shultz (née Miner), age 64, passed away on April 16, 2025, in Bryan, Texas. Born on July 6, 1960, in Orange County, Florida, Penny lived a life filled with love—for her family, for animals, and for the many people whose lives she touched along the way.
Penny was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her loving husband Rodney Dale Shultz Sr., with whom she shared …
