Miss Peggy June Ballinger, 67 of Dallas City, Illinois was called home on the 21st day of July, 2024 after suffering a massive stroke three weeks prior. She was born on June 15th, 1957 in Illinois to Betty Lou (Hoskins) and Floyd James Ballinger Sr. She is survived by her siblings Carol Pence, Ruth Higbee and Floyd James Ballinger Jr. Children Robert Young, JJ (Natasha) Young, Nicole Fisher, Julie Schneider and Pamela Fisher. 18 beloved …
