Peggy Ann Duncan Padilla, mother, book lover and joke teller, passed away on Saturday December 6, 2025, from an ongoing respiratory illness. She was 75.
Peggy had a fiery, independent spirit and enjoyed making others laugh. She loved all things Scottish, as she was happy to tell anyone around her about her Scottish heritage. One of her favorite vacations was a trip to Scotland with her youngest daughter. Peggy was an avid traveler and had …
