Paula J Culbert (neé Descher) went to be reunited with the love of her life on April 16, 2026. Born in Okeene, OK on October 13, 1943 to Joe and Genevieve Descher, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim and her parents. She is survived by her three daughters, Lori (Eddie - Reagan, Cody), Julie (Jason) and Becky (Josh), her three grandchildren, Tony (Taylor), Bridgette and Nick, her great-grandson James, her beloved sisters …
