It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul T. Summer on November 23, 2019. Born on Staten Island, New York on March 5, 1934, he was one of eight children of Herbert and Catherine Summer. He served in the Army during the Korean War and graduated from Wagner College. After a distinguished career on Wall Street, Paul represented the U.S. State Department in advancing financial markets in Kiev and Moscow. He …
