Patricio Villarreal was born on September 25, 1939, in Mercedes, Texas, to Dionicio and Maria Trinidad Villarreal. He attended Harlingen High School and joined the U.S. Army at the age of 17. He met his beloved wife, Bertha, in El Paso, Texas, and they had three children, Bertha Patricia (Bert), Richard, and Irene. The family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, where they continued to create cherished memories as a family. Family and friends also …
