Patricia "Pat" Paciotti (Bak), age 79, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 31st, 2021 at the McLeod Hospice House in Florence, South Carolina. She was born December 1st, 1942 in New Britain, Connecticut to Theodore "Ted" and Mary (Floridia) Bak.
