Pamela Gay Cook- Martinis,55, went with the Lord on February 19th at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol ,Tennessee.
She was born on July 23rd ,1966 in Welch, West Virginia to Betty (Gayle)and Talmadge “Keith” Cook.
She is survived by her daughters ,Ashlee, Rachel, and Stephanie Martinis ;two grandchildren , Eli and Evelyn Dunstan, as well as her siblings ,Tammy Slaughter, Talmadge Jr. and Scott Cook. She did not have a partner, however she …
