Pamela's obituary

Pamela Gay Cook- Martinis,55, went with the Lord on February 19th at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol ,Tennessee.

She was born on July 23rd ,1966 in Welch, West Virginia to Betty (Gayle)and Talmadge “Keith” Cook.

She is survived by her daughters ,Ashlee, Rachel, and Stephanie Martinis ;two grandchildren , Eli and Evelyn Dunstan, as well as her siblings ,Tammy Slaughter, Talmadge Jr. and Scott Cook. She did not have a partner, however she had a best friend of over 30 years she cared for dearly, Jim Sorah.

She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her son, Anthony Vincent Martinis.

Pam was a woman who was always laughing or talking. She loved pigs, overalls, West Virginia, Coca-Cola, but most of all , her children and grandchildren. She wanted nothing more than to live the rest of her life worry free and around the people she loved.

As someone who cared about others more than themself, Restore Life USA will be accepting and handling her body donation and cremation.

The family will be holding a private memorial and ask in lieu of flowers, to please make a donation to the National Kidney Foundation. She hopes her donation will aid researchers so no one else has to experience what she had to.
