Can't believe it's been a year. Thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas have all passed without you. I missed celebrating my birthday with me and your kisses. I miss seeing you excited for your own Christmas stocking and opening your own Christmas presents. 

 There's been a lot of emotional ups and downs. And I feel like I need you more than ever.  I wouldn't trade the part of my life I had with you for anything and I will always cherish the memories I have.

It's been two months since we lost you, sweet boy. I still can't wrap my head around the fact that you are gone. I just feel like you are laying somewhere, resting and I will spot you curled up somewhere like a little pile of of fur. Or you will eventually come out when I open a piece of cheese or you want to be around us. You were the best dog, there is no denying.

I miss taking you outside. Seeing you lift your head as the breeze wafts through your hair. Your little "hoppity hops" in happiness. Telling you "get on the stairs" so we could put on your leash. And "one more step" and you going up another step. You were so smart!

Ozzie tore his toy apart and got this giant squeaker out. He was obsessed with the giant squeaker for the longest time.

Ozzie was such a cute and special boy! He was so awesome he inspired Mormor to get a puppy just like him!

I will always miss going "kiss kiss" and getting two, albeit sometimes a couple more (but he was usually good about it), little licks on my face. Ozzie was such a smart and special dog.
