Mr. Otis W. Milton, Jr. was born on January 2, 1936 to the late O. W. Milton and Johnnie Mae Milton in Jasper, FL, where he was raised. Otis fell asleep in death on January 15, 2021. He was the second of five children from his parents’ union. His family eventually moved to St. Petersburg, FL, where he graduated from Gibbs High School.
