Born in Chester, Ms. McWatters was the daughter of the late Leroy Jackson Lowery and Ora Elizabeth Wiggins Lowery.  She was also preceded in death by her sister, Connie Stedman; and her aunt, Nancy McWatters.  Oralee was a devoted mother, enjoyed making others laugh, and loved being in the company of family and friends.  She was a lifelong resident of Chester County, South Carolina and a graduate of Lewisville High School.

Surviving are her son, William Mcwatters and his wife Rebecca; her brother, Jack Lowery; and her niece, Nancy Flanders and her husband, Matthew.

Visitation with the family will be held at Fountain of Life Church of God, 716 Lowrys Hwy, Chester, SC 29706 on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a memorial service immediately following.
