Day by day, I think of you.

How can all of this be true?

I can’t believe you’re really gone;

I still can’t accept it,

Even after so long.

Just the thought of you makes me cry.

Every picture, every letter…

I don’t know if it will ever get better.

I always smell your familiar scent.

It makes me think of all of the times we’ve spent.

I never imagined you’d ever be so far away.

You were my brother,

And I loved you like no other..

In my heart you’ll always be;

You’ll be my guide and help me see.

I’ll never forget your smoothing voice.

But now I have to let you rest,

Although without you my world’s a mess.

I miss you with all of my heart.

Thank you for all the wonderful things u done in my Life .

I wish we never had to part.

I know you’re always by my side,

So now I guess this is my goodbye…

Rest in Peace my beloved Brother.

In Loving Memory of My Beloved Uncle

In the quiet corners of my heart, your memory resides, you were more than just an uncle; you were a guiding light, friend, brother, father, a source of endless support and encouragement. I remember the moments we shared, the adventures we embarked on, and the countless lessons you imparted with patience and love.

Living under the same roof with you was a blessing beyond measure. Your kindness knew no bounds, and your generosity touched the lives of everyone around you. Whether it was a comforting word, a listening ear, or a bragging moment, you were always there, ready to go to war for the family.

Your generosity was a beacon of light, illuminating the path forward in times of uncertainty. Your fearless character and guidance shaped my character and instilled in me values that I hold dear to this day. You taught me the importance of resilience, compassion, bravery, and the power of a kind heart.

Though you may no longer call me ‘Juniorrrrrrrrrrr’ or tell me to ‘learn bobo learnnnn’, your spirit continues to guide and inspire me in everything I do. Your legacy lives on in the memories we shared and the lessons you taught, carved forever in my life.

The memories we shared, the secrets kept, the sacred moments too will forever be with me. My only consolation is that I know you are resting now uncle and I was there with you till the very end. I promise to stand by your legacy and the family left behind.

As I bid farewell to you, Shoop Shoop , know that you will always hold a special place in my heart. Your love, kindness and bravery will be cherished for all eternity.

Rest in peace, knowing that you are deeply loved and profoundly missed.

Until we meet again KUTI, may your soul find solace in the embrace of eternity.

‘Man no die , man no rotten ‘

All my love,

Olufemi Oyetoro.

Uncle,

This is such a tough one to write!

I still find this hard to believe because how exactly are you dead?

I find solace in the knowledge that you’re now resting, but in all things we give God thanks.

Thank you for loving us and showing it, thank you for the good times, thank you for dancing with me, for making me laugh, for buying me tires for my car and other numerous memories.

I’ll forever remember you Uncle, you were one of my favorites.

Rest well!

All my love,

Oluwatofunmi Adebayo-Oyetoro

A good heart has stopped beating, but a heart that has touched so many lives can’t help but live on in those it loved.
You are dearly missed, uncle. Those beautiful moments you shared with us will remind us of the great man you were. Rest in eternal peace. A million words cannot bring you back, I know because I have tried; neither can a million tears; I say this because I have cried. Forever in my heart ❤️💔🕯
