I have been friends with Odarkor's eldest sister, Koshie Lamptey since her first year in college and from the beginning we spoke of her family and her sisters...Coco came to visit and of course we had time to get to know one another and over the years we have seen each other at various events to include weddings, holidays in NY and the like...her smile literally lit up the room. From very early on, she was able to cross cultural boundaries, challenge the status quo and harness ideas to create change...her ready laugh, quick and inviting smile, and her genuine concern for the well being of others and her commitment to family are a testament to her parents and love she shared. Coco is gone far too soon and it is my constant prayer that all of those who have loved and known her intimately find comfort in the fact that she will always be there watching over everyone. Beautiful Girl...with a Beautiful smile....My sincere condolences to the Lamptey family and to Koshie and Afedi Nartey ; may the days coming be full of memories that ease the heartache.
I am still in shock as I had talked to her on 21st and just cannot believe that she left us for a better place. Angels have the great soul with them and Odarkor will be missed.
Coco was an a Angel on earth. She touched every heart that had the honour of knowing her. She never stopped smiling. I was one of the lucky ones to go to Kenya with her and fell in love with her as a coworker, friend and most importantly as a sister. She will be missed. Thank you Coco for teaching us how to love others. Until I see you again my rafiki. Huge hugs heart to heart 💜

I would like to express on behalf of the Ahiaku family in London, UK; our deepest condolences to the Lamptey family and pray that they find the strength to carry on at this difficult time. Korkor is no more but her beatiful soul will live on forever.
My name is Leticia and I am representing the Ahiaku family in London, UK. We met Korkor whilst we resided with her parents on holiday. One striking thing that comes to my memory about Korkor was her vibrancy and willingness to do anything for you. Her smile was infectious and I have still got the souvenir she went out of her way to buy for the family because we had run out of time. It was a total surprise and unexpected and that was what was imprinted on my memory. A VERY SELFLESS AND GIVING NATURE. MAY HER BEAUTIFUL SOUL REST IN PEACE.
