Norman Dean Weibel, 87, leaves behind daughters Carol Wise (David) and Deana Weibel-Swanson (Glen), son Carl Weibel, and sister Phyllis McElroy, as well as grandsons Damon Allgire, Erik Schmitz and Luke Swanson and several great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by his first wife, Dorothy Goetsch Weibel, sisters Laurel Truman and Dorothy Stelling, brother Robert Weibel, and grandsons Brandon Weibel and Justin Schmitz.
