Norman Hinman, 70, passed away on September 22, 2021. Born in Jacksonville, NC and moved around in a military family as a young child until his family settled in Iowa. Served in Vietnam as Morse code interceptor. He spent much of his life in Maryland retiring the last 5 years with his son on Smith Mountain Lake, VA. He loved his dogs Abby, Jackson and Sandy.
