Norman Craig Hansen 'Craig' passed away in Murray, Utah on Tuesday August 13th. He fought many a bear over the years but this time the bear prevailed. He was born in Richfield, Utah on June 3rd 1938 to Farrel Earnest Hansen and Helen Mae Jensen Hansen. He was drafted into the Army in 1961 and was honorably discharged in 1969. Craig was an excellent businessman and was CEO of both Gusto & Great Western Food Services until his retirement in 2003. He is survived by his four children: Tori Khosrovi (Homayoun), Matthew Hansen, Amber Hansen Holladay (Aaron), and Daniel 'Dax' Hansen (Lauren) and his 5 remarkable grandchildren: Jack, Norah, Olive, Dillinger, and Ellis Gray. No services will be held at Craig's request but he will be memorialized at Bald Mountain in the Uintas where he spent many summers in his youth camping and living off the land. Craig's humor and adventurous spirit lives on in those who loved and admired him.
