Mr. Norman Dale Miller was born May 11, 1962 in Aliceville Alabama to Mamie Lee Harris and the late John Wesley Harris II. He attended grade school in the Pickens County School District. He graduated from Aliceville High School in Aliceville, Alabama in 1981. In June of 1981 he went into the United States Army, he served 3 years as an astute soldier. After serving his country, he went to work as a civilian. He …
