Noah B. Mathewson passed away on Dec 3, 2025 in hospice with his wife, Caitlin, holding his hand. While listening to the Grateful Dead—his favorite—and he slipped away peacefully surrounded by love.

Noah fought primary relapsed refractory plasma cell leukemia with a courage and stubborn fire that amazed everyone who loved and cared for him. He went through every treatment available, including CAR-T therapy, and met each step with determination, grit, and his unmistakable humor. …
