Ngoc Duong Vo, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28, 2023 at his home in Reseda, California. He was 85 years old. Mr. Vo was born to Vo Van Hoc and Huynh Thi Chau, on July 22, 1938, in Khanh Hoa, Vietnam. He was the third eldest of seven children. Mr. Vo attended Vo Tanh High School in Nha Trang City, Vietnam.
