Neecy was born on September 24, 1939, in Bastrop, Louisiana to E.L. and Lorina Tomlinson. She passed away on January 13, 2023, in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Neecy was married to Paul “Nowayne” Johnston on June 26, 1958. They lived in Collinston, Louisiana with their four children on a dairy farm. …
