With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Neil Allen, who departed this life on May 2, 2025.
Neil is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Kim Allen. Their enduring partnership was a beacon of love and commitment to all who knew them. He was a loving father to BJ Allen and Melissa Starkweather, and a proud grandfather to four cherished grandchildren. He is …
