Background
The Respiratory Care Foundation of Texas (RCFT) held a special place in Neil’s heart. Dedicated to advancing respiratory care, the Foundation supports education through student grants, promotes evidence-based practices through research, and provides essential equipment and resources to organizations in need. Neil was a founding member of the RCFT Board of Trustees and served with commitment and pride throughout its existence.
