He was a genuinely good human with no pretensions. As a customer at Ready Gunner, I saw him stocking shelves, changing layouts, and engaging customers like he wasn’t the owner, but just an employee. He was the definition of leadership and I’m sad to see him depart.

Such a genuinely kind guy who was never afraid of a good time.  I had the privilege of working/traveling with Neal for a couple years.  We always had a good time and shared some really great laughs/memories.  He was always positive and full of life and adventure.  So shocked to hear the news, and am so sorry for Casey and the kids.

RIP Capt Currey.  Gonna miss you buddy.

Neal was one of the best among us. I was fortunate to work with Neal a number of years ago. We had a great working relationship and I admired him a great deal. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Just a customer, admirer, dare I say friend.. I can't believe this news. Neil went out of his way to say hi personally when I would visit the shop. Coming from the same home town, in the same generation, he we an inspiration. My heart is broken for Casey and the kids. My deepest condolences...
💔 I knew Neal from high school and he was always so nice. We were social media friends since then and I saw him up at Sundance resort years ago and he came up to me right away to say hi and was still the nicest guy ever. Always the biggest smile. I’m so sorry to hear this and my heart hurts. What a loss. Lots of hugs and sincere condolences to Neal’s wife, kids, family and friends.

RIP WARRIOR.  It was an honor to work with you.
My condolences to his family, friends, co-workers. We all admired him for everything he has done and created. He will be well missed by all. Until Valhalla
Met him briefly at the Dallas NRA show. I’m so sorry for his family and close friends. Go be with God Neal

I did not personally know Neal, I'd met him through social media through a mutual social media acquaintance, TheManspot. It is a well known rule that you inky get the best of someone through social media, and I believe what we got of Neal was a man who loved his family and his country. He always seemed that of someone that I would have loved as a brother, and I will wonder if I missed out knowing someone of his caliber. My condolences to the Currey family for, at the very most, their loss, and the rest of ours.

After our first conversation Neal always treated me like we’d become good friends. I know he did this with many. One of the kindest men I’ve met and a great example of how to be a husband, father, and man. Rest easy Neal you’ll be missed by so many
