Natalie "ReRe" Phillips, passed away at the age of 48 years old after losing her battle to her illness in Clearlake, CA.
Natalie was born on December 5th, 1973 to Dewayne and Mildred in Stockton California. Natalie was a miracle baby. She experienced complications at birth and almost didn't survive; But she did!
