Nancy Yang-Ying Chang 張楊瑩, 96, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2023. She was born in Wuchang, China, on September 13, 1927 (lunar calendar date), to Yang Zhiqing 楊志清 and Gao Yu 高玉.
After settling in Kangshan, Taiwan, Nancy met and married her soulmate, David Hsieh Chang 張雪, at the Chinese Air Force Officer’s Club on December 25, 1949, and had 3 sons. After they all left home …
