I’ll always remember Monay’s bright smile and even brighter personality. We had lots of great times during undergrad and I’m blessed to have called her “roomie”. Condolences to her daughter and family. May God bless and keep each of you.
Sending my love and heartfelt condolences to Olivia, my favorite artist. My heart and prayers are with you.

To our Beautiful Sister, one of kind that will remain with us right in our hearts. We love you your legacy and impact touched so many of us.
I met Monay during a short tenure on Maxwell AFB. During that time she became my best friend. Everything about her was genuine from the work she delivered on the job to the friend she was to me! We remained friends after our contract ended and I'm going to miss her so much. Knowing that I wont get to talk to her or see her again is devastating. Monay you will truly be missed. I love you friend ❤️😭

My mom was a walking miracle she was a light that never dimmed she was a person   You could always count on, my mom was a beautiful soul i still remember her laugh.
Sending my deepest condolences to you all. Love you all ❤️🕊️🙏🏽
My sincerest condolences to the family of Monay Ross and her daughter Olivia. I had the honor of working with Monay at Elevance Health both as a peer and as her manager. I think of the light she carried with her and that infectious laughter that had a way of lifting spirits, reminding us all to find joy even in ordinary moments. She was always that brave soul that would ask the questions many wanted to ask but was afraid to, reminding us that both honesty and curiosity matter. Her love and devotion for her daughter was very evident, as she spoke of her with such proudness and joy! Her presence touched lives in ways that will continue to echo, and though she is no longer present in the flesh, she is now present with the Lord and will always hold a special place in my heart.

I am beyond words, I'm in shock to learn that Monay is no longer with us. I worked with Monay at Anthem for multiple years, I lead the team she sat on, and met with her just about every week. I got to know her well, meeting with Monay was always a highlight of my day. She talked about Olivia almost every time we connected. She loved updating me on Olivia's recent successes and telling me the latest story. She also talked about her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She truly loved being an Auntie. I will remember her love, her passion, and her laughter. She was one of a kind. I am so sorry for your loss, I will be praying for Olivia and the family. My deepest condolences to the Ross family <3.

My heart is in shock beyond words--filled with so much emotion, but also deep gratitude to God for the gift of knowing Monay. She was truly a beautiful soul. I always loved her laugh and the way she radiated joy, warmth, and light to everyone around her. I used to say, “I wish I had a ‘pocket Monay’ I could carry with me and take out whenever I was feeling sad,” because her presence alone brought so much comfort.

Having had the opportunity to work with Monay, the obituary shared here so beautifully reflects how her former team and I experienced her--her kindness, her warmth, and her loving spirit. I trust she is now resting in God’s perfect peace, embraced by His love.

Keeping Monay and her beautiful family lifted in my prayers. May the Lord surround you with His comfort, strength, and peace during this time. Sending so much love and many hugs.

I worked with Monay at Anthem. Although I wasn't lucky enough to work with her often and truly get to know her, one thing I did know about her - immediately and without question - was how much she loved her daughter. My deepest, deepest sympathy to you all.

Rest peacefully, angel.
