My sincere condolences to Mona's family. I first met Mona through my niece, Angela Kilgore. She became a Sista to Angela's mom, Linda and Linda's Sisters. We were very close and had some goood times together. She was funny, witty, charming, friendly, and smart. But she loved to laugh and eat with us and cut up so! She always had an invite to our churches, family holidays, family reunions, family weddings, and everything that was going on. Best ever, was that she fit right in with us and enjoyed every single one of us, including the babies that would crawl up into her lap. Our best hangout was the Robin's Nest in Selma; and we had better not go without her! I thought very highly of her and it is my opinion that all of us loved her. We will truly miss her. But her Spirit is in a place where love abounds; so I have no doubt that she's having a good time right now!!! RIP, my Sista!
