I'm very sorry for your loss. I talked to Mildred at our 50th High School Reunion where she looked great. Mildred was a great person that I knew all through school. In elementary school her father was my bus driver who also was a great person.
Millie's passing was a shock. We were colleagues for years and friends for decades. She called every year on our shared birthday with the latest news and to get updates on my sons. She was a creative, hard working, and outgoing woman. She made life fun. I am so glad that she found Joe and hope that your memories will comfort you. Phyllis and Debra and your families, accept my sincere condolences. Peg
Phyllis, Deborah, Joe and family ~ Mildred and I worked together at Scotts MiracleGro, and I've been blessed by her generous friendship in the 25+ years since. Mildred made the world a sunnier and better place through her kindness, sincerity, graciousness, positivity, laughter and love. Her beautiful soul will be greatly missed! Mildred talked about you and your families with enormous joy and love, and I know she felt blessed and cherished by you. Please know that I will be thinking of you and your families. With heartfelt sympathy, Lisa Turner
