It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Michele Sharon Miser (''Penny'') nee Stillmock, 59, of Hagerstown, formerly of Baltimore, on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. She is survived by her two sons, whom she loved tremendously, Willard Miser III and Zachary Miser.
