Michele's obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Michele Sharon Miser (''Penny'') nee Stillmock, 59, of Hagerstown, formerly of Baltimore, on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. She is survived by her two sons, whom she loved tremendously, Willard Miser III and Zachary Miser. She is also survived by her sisters; Winnie Quintilian of Baltimore, Kathleen Hildebrand of Hockessin, DE and their husbands Paul and Ron, her sister Barbara Stillmock Sheffert and her sister-in-law Jeanne Stillmock, both of Baltimore as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her grandparents Barbara and Martin Stellmach of Omaha, Philip Cavanaugh and Carrie Spann-Cavanaugh of Baltimore; her father Edmund Stillmock, her mother Winifred Stillmock and her brother Patrick Stillmock all of Baltimore. They are now reunited eternally in the majestic presence of the Lord.

Michele was a caring woman known for her love of her children, parents, and other family as well as towards animals, especially her cats. She was also very passionate about arts and crafts. A talented artist with thread, cloth and yarn, she enjoyed gifting her creations to others. At her request her organs were donated so that others might live, a cremation followed. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, August 11th at 2:00pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hagerstown. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Michele's name to any ''no-kill'' animal shelter or an adoption of a cat or kitten be made.
