It is with great sadness that the family of Michele Marie (Aubert) Jakubowski announces her passing on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the age of 64. She passed away at home with her children after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Michele was the eldest child of Charles Aubert and Janice (Sims) Aubert.
