Michael Lloyd Etherington was born in Salt Lake City on January 9, 1982, to Rendell and Yvonne Lloyd Etherington. Mike passed away on August 12, 2023, from multiple health complications and pneumonia.
Mike grew up in Sandy, graduating from Hillcrest High in 2000. During his sophomore year, he joined the ice hockey team. He was injured in one of the first games, requiring a quick visit to the ER where a large tumor was discovered …
