Our house
Lift a glass in his honor. Make it special as he would have made it for you. Get out your blender, add whip cream, or light it on fire. With a sparkle in his eye and a smile, he would graciously offer all his guests, friends and family a special concoction made just for the occasion and just for you. That was the kind of guy he was. If not a cocktail, then a bowl of ice cream with whip cream, chocolate syrup, and a cherry on top will suffice. Go that extra step to make it rememberable, because that is how Mike lived his life.

Many things. The most recent being that no matter how hard, unfair, or daunting the odds are against us, giving up isn't our only option. If the fight is worth fighting, growth, beauty, wisdom, and love can come from it no matter what the outcome may ultimately be. Mike's fight will always be an inspiration to me and something I will lean on when I face battles in my life. Thanks for showing the way Michael Joseph
