Michael's obituary
If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
Michael Parsons (aka Dziuk), 32, of Albertville, passed away January 31, 2024 peacefully in his sleep. He was born on May 16, 1991. He attended both Big Lake and Monticello schools.
Michael was a beloved uncle (unkie), son, bro-beans, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Michael enjoyed time with his family, friends, and animals more than anything else. His best friend was his sister, Kassidy, whom he always knew how to make laugh. He was an exceptional cat dad to his cat, Norton. He was kind and absolutely hilarious, with a smile that could light up any room. Michael found comfort in music as well as playing guitar and singing/songwriting. He had a style all his own. He enjoyed spontaneous outdoor adventures whether it be travel, camping, long-boarding on a beautiful day, or discovering a dragonfly in the yard.
His memory will be honored and kept alive by his parents, Jon and Mindy; his sister, Kassidy; his niece, Resa Sue; his gma Sharon Roster; grandparents Dave and Jane, and so many other grandparent figures, aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him up. He is preceded in death by his beloved cat, Norton.
A reception to celebrate Michael's life will be held on February 9, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Monticello Legion, 304 Elm Street, Monticello, MN, where friends and family can share memories and be together.
Michael's life was a testament to the power of family. He will be deeply missed but the memories he created will forever be a source of comfort and laughter to all who knew him.
