Sorry we missed sending a message yesterday. We are thinking of Michael today and grateful for the times we shared. He was a talented artist. Rich and I remember him every time we see the beautiful seascape he painted for us. Our love to all of Michael’s family.

Mike was my boss for a couple of years at Dow Chemical in Dalton, Ga. I remember my first day on the job with Mike. We spent the entire time crawling through a carpet drying oven. He had an engaging sense of humor that made the job both challenging and fun on that day and for many days to come.
I especially remember how he directed our group to make entertaining Safety videos that were informative while also being funny. He put together an Academy Awards-like ceremony, complete with videos and little statues for the winners.
Mike was an incredible man in many ways. He was a great mentor to me at work and I learned a lot from him.

We, Anne and Rich are so grateful to have gotten to spend time with Michael and become friends as Kelly and Vince became a couple, engaged, and married. He gifted us with friendship and a beautiful painting that hangs in our front hallway. We will always treasure his friendship and the painting. We have wonderful and festive memories of Michael as father of the (beautiful) bride. So honored to be part of Michael’s kind and welcoming extended family. We love you all. 💞
