Michael Raymond Mignano, 72, of Milwaukie, Oregon, passed away on August 20, 2024. Born on May 9, 1952, in Yonkers, New York, Mike attended Saint Bartholomew Catholic Elementary School, Sacred Heart Catholic High School and furthered his education at Westchester Community College, where he earned degrees in Business Marketing and Accounting.
