Helping hands

In lieu of flowers

In lieu of flowers, consider a gift to Bal Swan.
In the spring of 2012 I sold my home in Broomfield with the help of Mike’s daughter-in-law, Claire. I ended up renting Mike’s townhouse in Westminster. As I entered my third year renting , Mike included an offer that I could purchase anytime during that year’s lease.
I did buy the home and thanks to Mike, it is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my future. I may well have been priced out of any opportunity to own again without his help. Just wish I could thank him again and let him know what a gift he gave to me in adding that offer to my lease. Rest In Peace, my friend.
Paul & I were so sorry to learn of Mike’s passing. He was our friend & classmate & he & Paul played football together. Paul gives Mike the credit for getting him a good paying job in high school that helped him go to college. We will always remember Mike as one of the really good guys— kind, humble and friendly to everyone. The world was a better place because of Mike & he will be missed by many. Sending you prayers & blessings. We are so sorry for your loss.

There aren’t words to express how sad we are that your Dad has past. He was a good man and great neighbor. We have so many wonderful memories of happy times together. Our families were more like family than friends. Mike was a good husband and father. He will be missed. ❤️
