Michael will leave lasting memories here in France. We knew Michael was suffering, but the thought of his death is unthinkable. Please accept my sincere condolences.

My condolences to Michael's family. I’m very sorry for your loss. Michael and I had our ups and down but I’ll always love and remember him.
