Background
I am writing this on behalf of my dear friend Tiffany who is navigating the loss of her father.
This past weekend, Tiffany received the sad news that her father Mel Cooper passed away. Although he had been bravely fighting prostate cancer for the past 2 years, they were optimistic that he still had more time to enjoy his love of God, family and music. On 12/28/24, he passed peacefully in his sleep and was reunited with her mother who also passed of cancer in 2021. As an only child, this loss is felt deeply, but she is comforted they are together again.
Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her father would agree his level of faith was unparalleled to others. He touched countless people’s lives throughout his life. He was a wonderful and faithful husband, a dedicated and loving father to her, and an incredible grandfather.
In addition to navigating this unimaginable loss so soon after the loss of her mother, Tiffany is now left to manage their estate and funeral expenses without funds to fully cover the extent of what is needed in the months and years to come.
In lieu of flowers, we'd appreciate if you could donate to help with these expenses for his end of life services, medical bills, and household expenses from the home her parents shared. Thank you so much for everyone's support during this difficult time. Contribute
