Melissa Anne Hagman, born on April 9, 1983, in Plainfield, New Jersey, peacefully passed away on January 15, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished daughter of Brian and Cindy Blair.
Melissa was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her infectious smile and joyful spirit brought light and happiness to everyone she encountered. She loved dancing and singing to Queen every chance she got.
Melissa was a remarkably artistic and creative individual. She was extremely talented in drawing and painting. Her passion for crafting and thrifting allowed her to create unique and beautiful pieces that brought joy to others. She had an eye for turning ordinary objects into extraordinary works of art.
For over 20 years, Melissa dedicated her life to working with animals. Her love and compassion for these creatures knew no bounds. Whether it was caring for them, advocating for their well-being, or simply spending time with them, Melissa's connection with animals was truly special.
Melissa was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her selflessness and generosity touched the lives of many. She had a heart of gold and her willingness to go above and beyond for others was truly inspiring.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved daughter Michaela, her parents Cindy and Brian, her sister Lindsey, brother-in-law Chris, niece Gianna, her brother Dylan, his partner Bekka, and nephew Artie. She also leaves behind her cherished furry family members Arlo, Skiba, and Pepper, who brought her immense joy and companionship.
