Mellisa was helping to clean out Nanny’s house. She found her wedding dress in a box in the basement. She made ornaments for everyone out of the material that falling about. She created a dove shape and gave them out at Nanny’s funeral. They will forever be on our Christmas tree as both a reminder of Nanny and Melissa. Thank you.

What I learned from Melissa ,

Caring and compassion for all God's creations.

Being silly and not caring about what others think.

LIVE each day, love, smile, sing and dance.

Never stop caring and always remember.

I have so many great memories of Melissa. She and I spent years scrapbooks on the weekends. Many nights of laughing and talking that I will never forget. Even though we lost touch for a few years, we picked right up where we left off. She was a great friend and I will miss her terribly

Melissa grew up down the street from me. She and her sister Lindsey were very close friends with my children. Always playing together. Melissa was one of the kindest person I knew. Without hesitation, she was there for me and my daughter when we needed her. I will never forget her and her beautiful smile. Melissa you will be missed but never forgotten. Love you! ❤️
