Melinda provided a great service to me and my family. She would come and spend Friday evening with Dorothy, my wife while I served in the temple as a sealer. Dorothy was not able to see so Melinda would fix her dinner, help her with her IPad and they would talk about the books they were reading. Dorothy loved Meliinda so much.. When Dorothy was in the hospital Melinda came and spent the first night with her. Melinda was an angel from heaven to give this amazing service to Dorothy and our family. She becamce our third daughter. We loved her so much.  Love you Melinda.P

I have so many lovely memories of my dear friend Melinda. We have been friends from the moment we meet in 2018, when I started my employment at Far West Industries.

Some of my fondest memories of our time together was when she would see me at the bus stop and would give me a ride in her green Honda Accord. We would sit in the car and talk for hours. She would always have some wise advice to impart. As I grew to know her, I learned so much about her. She loved to serve others in the community and also personally serve those in need. She was and will be always great influence on my life. She will always be a great example of strength, integrity, compassion, love, and dedication. I will miss standing at her work area and hearing the latest update of her lovely family. I will miss her voice and the jingling of her charm bracelet.

Melinda had me as her babysitter all through my jr high, HS, and my first couple years of college! I LOVED playing “mommy” with her kids & cleaning her home/folding laundry for her!

She taught me how to properly TP in my teenage years 😂 so much fun with a side of naughtiness!!!! We TP’d so good to so many people! That’s just Melinda!

She was the first person I told when I got engaged & drove right over, hopped on my bed and said “okay girl fill me in don’t leave out any details!!” That’s just Melinda!

She stepped in and took my 2 oldest girls ages 4 and 2 over Easter/Spring break so I could travel with Jon to Hawaii for a week. WHO DOES THAT? That’s just Melinda!

She stepped in and checked in on me many times after Jon broke his neck often taking me to lunch & letting me express my emotions but also making me laugh! That’s just Melinda!

She stepped in and headed up decorating for hours for my 2nd daughters wedding reception in Orange without ANY hesitation! That’s just Melinda!

She stepped in last Summer when I needed someone to take our family photos at Laguna Beach & she did it without any hesitation just happy to help me! That’s just Melinda!

I’ve learned SO MUCH about how to be “happily helpful” from Melinda & she always made you feel special, that she TRULY cared about you & loved to share laughs with you in every interaction she had with you. That’s just Melinda!

Melinda thank you for being you & teaching me how to be LIKE you!
